Where we deliver
We currently offer same-day local delivery within 2 miles of our shop at 70 High Street, Beckenham BR3 1ED, and free click & collect. Enter your address at checkout to check you’re in our delivery area.
Same-day local delivery
- Deliveries are made by Stuart, a third-party courier.
- Order by 3pm Monday to Saturday for delivery the same day. Orders placed after 3pm, on Sunday or on a bank holiday go out the next working day.
- The delivery fee is shown at checkout before you pay.
- If Stuart texts you a 4-digit code, give it to the courier when your order arrives. Someone has to be in to receive it.
- You must give a correct UK mobile number at checkout. Stuart texts your delivery code to it and the courier may need to call you. If the number is missing or wrong and we can’t reach you by email the same day, we’ll cancel your order and refund you in full, including delivery.
Free click & collect
Choose Pick up at checkout. Most orders are ready within an hour during opening hours, and we’ll email you when yours is ready. Please bring your order confirmation when you collect, with a photo ID as well.
Explora You Fragrances, 70 High Street, Beckenham BR3 1ED. Open Monday to Friday 9:00–18:00 and Saturday 9:00–16:00. Closed Sunday.
Problems with your delivery
If your order hasn’t arrived when expected, or arrives damaged, call 020 8650 6076 and we’ll sort it out. Please also let us know on email at explorayou@beckenhampharmacy.com. Thank you.
